Subprocessors & service providers
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This register describes providers supporting Farben and the data they may receive. Country identifies the provider's home jurisdiction unless otherwise stated. It is separate from the locations in which a particular service stores or processes data.
For the locations and contracting entities applicable to your deployment, contact support@techfarben.com. Our Data Processing Addendum describes transfer safeguards and subprocessor obligations.
Website services
These services support the public website and have their own contractual roles; they do not all process product documents or act as subprocessors in every context.
| Provider / country | Purpose | Processing |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics United States / contracting Google entity | Website analytics after visitor consent. | Usage events, browser/device data and technical identifiers; international processing under Google terms. |
| Microsoft Clarity United States | Website usage analytics and session insights after visitor consent. | Interaction/session data and technical identifiers, with form-field masking. Microsoft states Clarity data is stored in US data centres. |
| Calendly United States | Meeting booking links and embedded scheduling. | Booking contact details, meeting selections and browser data; Calendly describes US and international processing. |
| Google Fonts and Google Apps Script/Sheets United States / contracting Google entity | Font delivery and website form collection where configured. | Font requests include technical connection metadata. Configured website forms send submitted contact data to Google Apps Script/Sheets. The privacy-complaint form instead uses Farben's dedicated API and Postmark delivery. |
Platform subprocessors
| Provider / country | Purpose and data | Processing locations |
|---|---|---|
| Microsoft Azure United States | Virtual-machine hosting where configured, including the website and staging environment. Website requests, application records and operational logs hosted on those machines. | The selected VM region applies. The current website/staging VM is in India (Central India); this is separate from regional document buckets and model endpoints. |
| Google Cloud infrastructure United States | Application infrastructure and cloud logging where configured. Application data, request metadata and operational logs. | Locations depend on the configured compute and logging resources; document bucket residency does not describe every infrastructure copy. |
| Google Cloud Storage (Google Cloud) United States | Stores uploaded documents, email attachments and generated files. Customer documents and their metadata. | Bucket location depends on the deployed service configuration. A provider country is not a promise of regional hosting. |
| Vertex AI (Google Cloud) United States | Document extraction, AI assistance and embedding generation. Documents, prompts, relevant conversation context and extracted text. | Processing depends on the model and endpoint configuration; global endpoints do not guarantee a particular processing country. |
| Postmark (AC PM LLC) United States | Delivers transactional emails and handles inbound email. Email addresses, message content, attachments and delivery metadata. | United States; email delivery also involves recipient mail providers. |
| Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) United States | Error monitoring and diagnostics, where enabled. Diagnostic events and technical request metadata. | Sentry offers storage in the United States or Germany. The applicable location depends on the configured Sentry organisation; support and account processing may involve other locations. |
Payments and connected accounting systems
Payment providers and customer-directed integrations can have separate contractual roles. Accounting connections apply only when enabled by the customer; these providers are not automatically subprocessors for every Farben customer. Shared data can include billing contact details, accounting records, invoices and payment status as needed for the enabled service.
| Provider / country | Purpose | Location and role |
|---|---|---|
| Docusign United States; contracting entity may vary | Customer-enabled electronic signatures and signed documents. | Document contents, signer contact details and signature events; the connected account and Docusign agreement govern processing locations. |
| Slack (Salesforce) United States / Ireland, depending on contracting entity | Customer-enabled messaging, notifications and agent tools. | Messages and selected customer context shared with the connected workspace; its configuration and Slack terms apply. |
| Lark Singapore | Customer-enabled collaboration and agent messaging. | Messages, user identifiers and shared context; the connected workspace and Lark agreement govern processing. |
| WhatsApp Business (Meta) United States / Ireland, depending on contracting entity | Customer-enabled business messaging and agent communication. | Phone numbers, messages, attachments and delivery metadata; WhatsApp business terms and transfer safeguards apply. |
| Connected email providers Provider and account dependent | Customer-enabled dedicated mailboxes and mail delivery. | Mailbox messages, recipients and attachments are shared with the customer's selected mail provider; that account's agreement and region apply. |
| Revolut United Kingdom / Lithuania, depending on contracting entity | Subscription billing and payment processing. | The applicable Revolut entity and its privacy notice govern payment processing. Revolut may act as an independent controller for payment, regulatory and fraud-prevention activities. |
| Oracle NetSuite United States (Oracle); contracting entity may vary | Customer-enabled accounting and ERP synchronisation. | The customer's NetSuite account, hosting region and Oracle agreement determine applicable processing locations. |
| Xero New Zealand (Xero); contracting entity may vary | Customer-enabled accounting synchronisation. | Xero describes international processing, including the United States and Australia. The customer's Xero agreement and account configuration apply. |
| Tally (Tally Solutions) India | Customer-enabled synchronisation with Tally through the Windows agent. | The connected Tally instance runs in the customer's environment. Tally's own services and any customer-selected hosting are subject to the customer's arrangements. |
