As PetCubes scaled from Singapore into Hong Kong and Malaysia, finance and operations began to creak under the weight of growth.

Procurement was running on email, spreadsheets, and informal approvals across a wide vendor base.

Real-time data flow covering customers, orders, invoices, shipping fees, delivery dates, and discount data, with custom error records surfacing failures instead of letting them go silent.

Multi-entity consolidation and BI

A unified operating layer across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, with intercompany flows standardised and group-level cash, margin, and inventory visible in real time.
