By accessing and using Farben's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Farben provides an AI-powered revenue platform for finance teams, including but not limited to:

Contract parsing and NetSuite integration
Automated invoice generation and management
Vendor bill and bank statement parsing
Reconciliation and analytics services
AI copilot for finance operations

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Data and Privacy

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your data, and we will not use your data for purposes other than providing our services unless explicitly authorised by you.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Use the service to transmit malware or harmful code

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Farben platform are owned by Farben Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Farben shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you will have 60 days to export your data from our platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
